Press 0 for the operator?

If I pick up my phone and press 0, I get a message saying "that extension is not valid". Shouldn't I be able to press 0 and get the receptionist? Her 3 digit extension is 103, but I don't know how to tell the system when someone presses 0 to send it to 103. Anyone know how to do this?

You can set it under each site on the Site configuration page.
