Does anyone know of a better way to do this:
Our CEO wants to send a broadcast message from time to time to the entire company. He would like to record several of these messages at one sitting, and have his assistant broadcast them at the appropiate time. The solution I had given them was to have him send his assistant a voicemail and she could save it. Then at the appropiate time, forward it to the broadcast group. Any great ideas on a better way?
