Auto Attendant Updating?

I have two auto attendants that are constantly updated during the week and I need to have the department personel start doing it as I do not have the time. Is there a way for me to setup a user for them to update their auto attendants without giving them access to other items in shoreware director?

I see I can setup new admins & roles but nothing specifically for allowing access to just the auto attendants.

Is it just the audio? or the prompts too?

If it is just the audio, then in the newer version (maybe 7.0+...maybe 7.5), you can have them record the messages via the VM system.

Just the audio. We are on 7.5. Can you explain how they would do it through VM?
