I have been running the system for 4 years and to make a long story short and deleted the username and pw to get into shoreware director. Does anyone know of a back door so I can access the system?

You need to load Access on the server. After that, you need to make changes to the database directly.

I had to do the same thing for a Shoretel Regional Director, after somebody locked him out of his demo kit. I'm not gonna mention names though
