  • Dialing 011 from SIP trunks

    Hi all

We are trying to dial 01144....... to reach the UK and Netherlands. However the siparator/Mitel switch is sending only the 44..... portion of the number and removing the 011. The ITSP said they need the 011 included in the stream. How do I fix this?

The only custom plans we have on the outbound trunk are ;2e and ;10e.

It's hard to say if you have a system setting issue or an Ingate configuration issue. Usually, digit stripping is system related. You can try using ;3E instead of ;2E becasue that does include international dialing. It also might be worth looking at your Ingate in the dial plan section you can have custom rules that may need attention but without Ingates help it can be a mess.
