  • AMS 360 Integration

    We have a client that is on the latest Mitel Connect Build 22.10.7600.0 and is having trouble with AMS 360 integration. They have the Connect client logged in and they run the AMS 360 advanced client. They get the following error in the AMS Advanced client from Mitel: NO LINE

    Is there a way to test the URL Endpoint to make sure the WSAPI is correct?

    I have engaged TAC but they have not found the issue. The ticket with Mitel has been open for 2 months now with no resolution in sight.
