  • SIP enabled phone (Revolab FLX2)

    We have a couple of this phone connected/registered to our Mitel Connect system (21.87.9727). It has been working fine until it started losing connectivity and I get a "Registered: FAILED" message on the handset. This is happening at least twice a day. To fix the issue, I have to reboot the base and the handset. Any idea how I can fix the issue without having to reboot the phone?

    The only way to really tell is to capture packets from the device to see what is happening. Do you have any other sip devices that operate correctly?

      Issue has been resolved. Our network engineer moved the phones to a different vLAN.
