  • Deleted Voicemails

    We are on build 21.90.9738.0 of Connect.

    I suspect these are not configurable settings, but I thought I would ask anyway.

    P. 474 of the Oct 16, 2018, version of the Connect System Administration Guide specifies a limit of 200 deleted voice messages and says automatic purging occurs nightly. Does anyone know if there is a way to increase the 200-message limit or to set the automatic purge to happen every X days instead of nightly?

    Try looking at the Class of Service settings, might have something in there regarding voicemail settings/options.
