  • SiP password can not be blank

    just FYI
    after upgrade to Connect and using the 'bulk edit' to change all the clients from 'phone only' to connect client. got error ' SiP password can not be blank' so i had to go to all 270 users and set a SiP password, this was very time consuming. was wondering if anyone else has had this issue when upgrading to Connect 21.90.9738.0

    It is a known issue.
    The DBimport can help until the issue is corrected in a future build

      As always it's always fixed in the next release....

      It's annoying as we don't get this on every user - just seems to be random

            Before upgrading to Connect use the batch update tool and set all users to professional client, except Operators, workgroup agents or supervisors.
