  • Mitel Connect phone state not syncing with Outlook

    I have our users extensions setup to "Availability state synchronized with calendar status" however, our phones never seem to follow Outlook hours. For example, my Outlook hours are from 7am-4pm but my Phone never switches to Out of Office at 4pm. This feature worked for us in our old ShoreTel before we upgraded to Mitel Connect. Thanks!

    This feature depends on the outlook plugins on each desktop being enabled and active. I would start with checking on those in outlook.

      Thanks! Yep, I have done this multiple times, all the necessary plugins/addins are enabled in Outlook. Here is what I show:

        We have had to uninstall the client completely and reinstall. The plugins generally come with new install. It has been successful for us.
