  • Paging Groups

    I have set up a new paging group but I have been told that only one of the extensions is receiving the page.

    I have verified the correct extensions in the extension list and copied the settings in the paging group from an already functioning paging group.

    I also verified all phones are powered on and connected.

    Any ideas?

    I would verify the users you have added to the "paging group" are in a "user group" that allows paging
