  • "Allow agents to pickup from queue" v14.2

    Our workgroup supervisor complained that although they can pick & choose calls on our primary queue, they can't with the Spanish one. I found this setting and turned it on, but the supervisor is saying she still can't pick out a call. Is there something I need to do to make it take effect? I had her log out/in (or maybe in/out) of the queue to kick start it, but she said it didn't help.

    We're on 14.2 still.

    maybe try removing them from that queue, saving, then re-adding them?
