  • ECC Email queue not being recieved by agents

    Hello,

    I am trying to get ShoreTel ECC email queues to work. Inside diagnostics the email status 'green', I can see emails in the queue, within 'Active Emails'. When I log my test agent into the group nothing happens, I expected it to offer the agent the emails in the queue.

    I don't know whether this is related but if I set the email assignment mode to 'Email Address Set by Agent (Client Side)', it will not let me log in. It says 'Login failure - the email address on the agent PC is missing'.

    Any help would be great!
