  • Voicemail showing up in every exchange email account user are logging in.

    Voicemail showing up in every exchange email account user are logging in. User logging in to multiple outlook account for different users and she sees her voicemail in these accounts, so other people can listen to it.
    I checked VMAIL log on shoretel HQ and it's only sending VM's to her only outlook email, but if she logged in to other people account it's showing up in their account as well.
    Any idea where to switch this off, so she only could see her vmail in email where it was sent?

    Doe she have her desktop client set to integrate VM with email through outlook?
