  • Headsets(cs50) not working after upgrad

    We recently upgrade our customer to the latest build of connect from 14.2. Since then they have stopped working any ideas why?

    Check your headset settings in user "Options" and make sure you have headset set for the correct type like "Wired" or "Wireless"
    and also the Suppress Dial tone setting is also set correctly.
