  • CallFlow - Initial Group then Over Flow

    I would like to setup some call flow that will do the following

    * Client Calls In
    * They get a message "we will be right with you"
    * They are put on hold, during this time users GROUP A of users phone ring
    * After a certain period of time users GROUP B are notified (phone ring? somethign else?) the call has been there for so long and they should pick up and take a message

    Tried

    *Work Group A - > Message then 60 time out
    *OVERFLOW/INNERFLOW -> New Workgroup
    *Workgroup B

    However the transfer from WorkGroup A to WorkGroup B contains "please wait while we transfer your call" and it just sounds off.

    Anyone have any idea
