    Has anyone seen a "NewMediaSocket" output in the ipbx logs? What does it mean? We suspect it's related to voice switches rebooting but can't confirm. 2017-11-10_10-22-52.png

    Anyone has any update on this. I have a client experiencing the same issue. Once the buffer get full on the SG switches, the SG switches reboot to free up buffer space. This seems to be correlated to the "NewMediaSocket" errors.

    The SG switch is seeing RPC send errors in the logs prior to reboot so we're trying to see if this could be related to the "NewMediaSocket" error.

    The switch rebooted at 9:47:35
    09:47:35.847 ( 6604:17152) Switch SG T1k Telnet2 System has restarted.

    Product: ShoreWare SG-T1k

    Firmware Version: 19.49.1500.0

    BootROM Version: 1.1.3.27

    Boot Base Version: 3

    CPU Board: Rev 2.6.70

    IP Address: 10.3.28.12

    RPC errors are at 9:42 so this was prior to the reboot
    09:42:18.106 ( 6604: 4400) cco_cmd: clnt_call error: status= 3 (RPC_CANTSEND)
    09:42:18.106 ( 6604: 4400) ncc_connect_setup: --> -20 (RPC_ERROR)
    09:42:18.106 ( 6604: 4400) ncc_connect_to_switch: "10.3.28.12", 5452
