Voicemail

Hello, I am trying to lengthen the voicemail times for certain users. First, are the voicemails recorded on the individual users machines? Can I lengthen the voicemail box by making a new User Group then assigning a COS to that user group that has the lengthen voicemail option?

Am I even making sense?

All of the voicemails are kept on the Shoretel Server. I believe the directory is....

What do you mean by extending the voicemail length?

You can set the max length of an incoming message and also the number of messages that a user can store in their voicemail class of service.
