  • Pickup Calls on Hold

    I can't, for the life of me, figure out how to pickup calls that are on hold at another extension. Permissions are at full, what else do we need to do?

    Try using Unpark and then input the extension.

      Okay that did work! I knew we had done it before. There doesn't appear to be any way to pick it up from Extension Monitor. But it won't be hard to train 2 receptionists on this little trick. Thanks!

        I would expect to see Pick-up or Unpark as a right click context option if you click on the user in Extension Monitor.
