Delete Voicemail

Can a user delete all of their messages in their inbox all at once instead of "touching" each message?

If they go to the start menu/all programs/shoretel folder/shoretel voicemail/highlight and delete all at once

I know how to do it that way. The user doesn't have Call manager installed. I would think that the users voicemail would be stored somewhere that I can get to it.

Change user to Extension only then back again. You will have to re-record greetings and re-configure CHM.
