ShoreTel Calendar Form

I'd like to use the ShoreTel Calendar Form feature to aid in switching my Call Handling modes BUT when I click on the Outlook tab the entire Calendar area is grayed out.

Anyone know how to "ungray" this?

Outlook needs to have CDO (Collaborative Data Objects) installed in order to install the calender form.
