  • Operator Call Manager User Guide

    I am looking for a user guide for the Operator call manager.
    Its basicly the Advanced call manager with additional featuers but its thoes additional featuers that i need a Guide for.

    I called ShoreTel they told me they dont have one.

      It's true. there is no call manager manual. Odd, isn't it. I will tell you there will be one for ST8. It's 144 pages, but this won't help you now.

      And to answer your next question, NO, the manual will not work for ST7.5 and lower.
