Voice Mail unheard message icon

Can anyone identify where the system tray icon for unheard voice mail messages might be located? (DLL, EXE?) After a user installed Outlook support, and then deinstalled it, the unheard messages icon is transparent in the system tray. It still takes up an icon spot, but it doesn't show up. Hovering the mouse pointer over the blank icon still indicates the number of unheard messages OK. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling Call Manager, but no luck.
