Accessing Voicemail Remotely

Several of my users are complaining about what needs to be entered when calling in for voicemail. Out current procedure is to call their DID enter in *#ext password#. Is there are faster process available. Since they are already in their own ext is there an option to only enter the password?

Create an auto attendant with a blank greeting. Then set the time out to 0 msecs and then use the time out option to go to menu (which will point to the voice mail menu).

Timeout (0 - 30000 milliseconds): 0
Time out = Go to menu 1102 (where 1102 is the voice mail login)

Also assign that DID to the newly created Auto Attendant
