Find Me

My find me is not working on my extension. When it goes to my cell phone and tells me to press one to accept the call, it hangs up.

Any Ideas?

That sounds like the problem where rights are not allowing external trunk transfer.

I don't have the details but I am sure someone here does. I have seen other posts about it.

I found it. The Voicemail Notification group did not have the perms to do trunk to trunk transfers. Not sure how it got changed, as it used to work just fine. Thanks for the help
