  • Caller ID not appearing on phone

    We experienced a power event yesterday and since then caller ID does not display on phone is ringing. Caller ID will display after call is answered and in Professional Call Manager. Has anybody seen this before? SBE server and phone have been restarted. Problem remained. Phone is IP230. Pro Call Mgr vers. 10.1.

    I'd go ahead and reboot the switches too.

      Restarting Shoreware IP Phone Display Service on SBE server fixed this.

        Besides the service any other idea's what might cause this we are on 10.2 and any time someone calls into a did the caller id comes up blocked, but if they call into our main number it shows the CID. It's strange
