  • Abondoned Calls - Unable to accept

    Any help with this would be appreciated.

    Abandoned calls is enabled on a couple services and everything seems to be working up to the point where the agent has to accept the call. When the popup comes up on an agents computer they can decline the call to force them out but accepting the calls just simply brings the same message up again. After accepting the call 5+ times the message finally just goes away with nothing being dialed.

    Am I missing something?
