  • Cisco WIP310 SIP phone...

    Hi,

    I have successfully connected this phone to our ShoreTel environment. I can make calls and I can call it.

    The problem is this. If I call it and I put the phone down the Cisco WIP310 keeps ringing? Any ideas why?

    I would like this phone to be in a workgroup but it's not possible because the phone keeps ringing even after the call has moved onto the next user?
