  • Voicemail for ECC group not working correctly

    We are having an issue with single ECC group and their voicemail. When they hit their voicemail button and then put in their password to get into the mailbox they are fine. But then when they hit 1 to try and listen to their voicemail it actually dials an external number to a residence. This is not happening company wide for other voicemail boxes but just this one and it just started today. It was working fine before this.

    I am not seeing anything that I know of that can be done. I could try restarting the voicemail services but would prefer not to for just one mailbox if something else can be done.

    Any ideas???
