  • Call Manager

    I am running call manager through citrix xenapp. Works fine besides the end users can't see the active call state of a coworker when they are on the phone. Always appears standard.

    We are running 10.2.

    What version of call manager are you running (personal, professional, operator)? Personal call manager doesn't show telephony presence.

      Only occurs when running through citrix.

        have you tried launching call manager on your presentation server itself and seeing if the active call state is displayed on users there? From my understanding of citrix if it has functionality problems on the presentation server itself, those problems will exist when the app is launched by a user. I am currently working with our network admin to get shoretel pushed out through a citrix VDI and/or pnagent. Just an idea.

          I have ran it on the presentation server. Doesn't show telephony presence there either. It worked just fine in 9.2.

          Any other thoughts?
