  • Shoreware Director

    Can someone tell me why Shoreware director completely stopped working?Can't even access it via the Shoreware Server.
    All services are up and running per windows. Can't get into director to see if all services (tsm, etc..) are running.

    not working...

    Just a hunch, but did you enable licenses you did not pay for and leave them on for more then 45 days?
    If yes, contact your partner - ShoreTel needs to resolve.

        Licenses are fine and IIS is setup the way it should be.
        I ended up rebooting the server and everything came back up. Now I would like to know why this happened. There is nothing in event viewer and all services seem to be up and running.

          I’d guess DEP in on or Windows Firewall. If either of those are on the behavior of a ShoreTel can be very unstable.
