  • 10.2 Upgrade

    I upgraded to ShoreTel 10.2 last week and a coworker of mine has noticed that when you hit Redial on the ShoreTel230 Phone that there is no longer a time stamp of when the incoming or outgoing calls were made.

    Is this by error or something ShoreTel has changed?

      Contact either ShoreTel if you have enterprise support or your Partner if you have Partner support. ShoreTel isn't going to be able to log a bug based on the forums.
