  • Music On Hold - Not Working

    Hello,

    What is the typical procedure for fixing this issue? It has worked in the past and there is definitely sound going into the jack labled as headphones.

      Hmm...I'm running Shoregear 120/24 and they all seem to be talking about a 220T1a.

        MOH is only for external calls. No internal. Could that be the problem?

        We found the quality of audio from MOH on SG90 not great. Play it out of the device its fantastic. Through the voiceswitch, horrible. We spent some time trying to tweak the audio levels etc, but just didnt sound the same.
