  • Call Manager - Server inaccessible, settings stored locally

Anyone seen this error? I have searched and can't find anything on it.

We have 3 sites, 2 of the sites are connected to the headquarters via VPN. All is working and Call Manager works. I get this error message anytime I try and change a setting in Call Manager.

I can ping the server via FQDN and IP.

Do you have proxy settings in IE? If so, make sure the shoreware server is in the bypass list.

Hi ckuecker,i have the same problem with you .I have installed Call Manager(version 10.1).When setup up Shoretel account, even i enter the right username and password,Call manager still can't connect to the HQ server.I also can ping the server via FQDN and IP.When i change the username in the "telephone" option and then click "ok" to save, but it prompted "The server inaccessible at this time "? Did you solve the problem ?How you solved the problem? Thanks.
