  • Unable to connect to Director or Call Manager App

    For some reason today, I am unable to connect to ShoreTel Call Manager and Director from my laptop. I am running Windows 7 Professional.

    I can ping the ShoreTel VMail server, however I am unable to attach or connect to Director Web interface.

    Access to all other servers and machines on LAN function without issues. No other users are having this issue.

    Any ideas would be appreciated.
