  • Batch Update User Caller ID

    I've got a User Group of about 65 people. We're changing the main (vanity) phone number we're 'sending' on outbound calls. Is there a way to update the users' caller ID fields without having to manually touch all 65 individual users?

    There are several other user groups in the same site as well, but this is the only one that needs to have Caller ID changed.

    I'm running 7.5 and don't see anything in the batch update field for CID.

      Do they have DIDs set or an existing value in the CID field?

        No DIDs, all of them currently have an existing value in the CID field.

          You could open up the database and in the Users table, sort by usergroupid. Then find the user group and then find the CIDNumber column and highlight the number and change it.
