  • Out of Office Rule

    Hi - Does anyone know how to create a rule to change call handling mode to 'out of office' automatically?
    I currently have a 'lunchtime' rule to forward straight to voicemail but I want to create a new rule to switch call handling mode to 'out of office'

    You can use the calendar function of the Outlook integration to do this. Just set your out of office times and choose that mode to go with it and it will work perfectly.
