Windows Server 2003 64-bit

Shoretel does not support 64-bit OS. Does anyone know what the problem is and what I can do with a server with 64-bit OS to make it work correctly

The apps aren't written for 64 Bit and likely will crash because of coding incompatabilities. I would not try to Jerryrig it. A production phone system in a blantantly unsupported configuration is not a good idea. You won't be able to get any support on it. Shoretel plans to release 64 bit support sometime this year if I recall correctly.

Just install 32-bit Windows.
