  • Route Point Question (Holidays)

    Out of habit I've been setting up my main route point on holiday schedule. While all of our other auto attendant menus reflect a holiday schedule, is it absolutely necessary to set up the route point showing the holiday schedule to make things work, or is this an un-necessary step?

    Well, if on hours and holiday perform the same action, then it is unnecessary. If on hours on your main route point goes to an autoattendant, and holiday goes to voice mail, well, then you need to set up both.
