    Is there a way I can get a pre recorded greeting when a end user is directly dialed to or transferred to from the call center so it can state that "Your call may be recorded for quality assurance?"

    Sounds like an AA menu with a short time out may be what you're looking for. Just make the AA the extension that users are used to dialing, they will hit that first and then be transferred to the Work Group or Hunt Group, how ever you have it setup.
