  • Personal Call Manager Question

    Everybody in our organization uses Personal Call Manager, except for out 2 receptionists. My question is; is there a way to initiate an IM from Personal Call Manager?
    I know that buying licenses for Professional would do it, but I would like to use the software and licenses we have already. Using personal, if I call an extension and get voicemail and click "Tag for Alert", when the person comes available I get the choice to Call or IM the user. Is there a way to initiate the IM without having the system give me the choice?
