  • Worgroup Agent Logout

    We are having issues with workgroup agents forgetting to log themselves out of the queue when they go home at night and this is throwing off agent login times on reports.

    Is there a way that the system will automatically logout agents when off hours arrives?

    Theres a way to have them logged when they miss a call.

        I am having Palitto Consulting find a way to automatically have the user logged out when off-hours hits.

          I have an "A" Group and a "B" group with the auto loggoff feature.

          When people don't logout I put them in B Group and they get the calls after A group. The agents loose sales over to it, but its a good punishment for not logging out for a day
