  • Operator dropping calls when transferring while CallCopy services are running...

    We have a strange situation where an external call transferred from the Operator to an auto attendant is dropped. The Operator phone is being recorded using CallCopy. If the CallCopy services are off, the blind transfer works.

    When the CallCopy software is "running", the Operator must wait for the automated attendant to answer before transferring in order to avoid dropping the call (supervised transfer).

    This only happens from the Operator 565 phones. All other phones seem to blind transfer external calls perfectly fine to the same auto attendant.

    ShoreTel has already collected logs, but I have not heard back from them. My installer is also working on this.

    Any suggestions for further troubleshooting, isolation?
