  • 7.5 to 10.1: Extension monitor gone?

    We just upgraded from 7.5 to 10.1

    In 7.5 there was a feature I believe was labeled "extension monitor" but I'm not sure if that was the actual name since I can find no reference to it in the admin guide. It was launched from the context menu when clicking the Shoretel icon on the operator call manager. It opened a window showing all extensions with their call states. This was a great way to get an overall view of what was happening on the system in real time. I can't find this on 10.1. Can anyone point me in the right direction to where this is now?

    As of the redesign of PCM (now called Communicator) in ST 8.0, this became the Contacts tab.

      AH! I didn't recognize it without the call state and duration columns. I added those and this is exactly what I was looking for. Thank you.
