  • TAPI issue? DVM issue? Phone disconnected

    We have 3 sites.

    Site 1 has HQ
    Site 2 has DVM
    Site 3 has DVM

    all three sites have 120/24 switches and shoregear T1s

    all phones are 560's

    running 9.2 (14.42.2905)

    when switches in site 2 or 3 are set to their appropriate DVM, call manager shows phone disconncted and caller cannot use call manager to make calls. When switches are set to Site1, call manager works fine.

    We are stumped!

    Any ideas?

    How are your sites connected? VPN over Internet? MPLS? If you're using VPN over internet, are you using firewalls (and if so what brand/model are you using).

        You getting anything in your event logs?? Anything in the ST logs??
