  • Is there a way to edit System directory in call manager

    Just installed Shoretel in our HQ and want to edit the system directory fields in call manager rather than from the web interface. is there a way to do this?

    No. You want to edit the SYSTEM directory, but not from the SYSTEM? OK, maybe there is a way to do it in the database, but what exactly are you trying to change?

      Hoping to have my receptionist edit the directory for all using the Call Managers interface rather than using the server to edit. The director web interface isnt the best when it comes to navigation

        Well, even if she did it with Call Manager, it would be for her call manager. Which interface is the best when it comes to navigation? I dont know of any that are easier than Shoretel.
