  • Call Manager Contacts Window

    I'm using Shoretel 10.1 and I have not had much success finding a fix/workaround for this bug.

    The contacts window seems to be refreshing now and resetting the users' selection now every time a person gets a call or their status changes. This causes problems with the IM system because the name selection changes and they inadvertently IM/Dial/email/intercom the wrong person.

    Has anyone else run into this issue and is there a fix or are we just waiting on Shoretel to get around to fixing this?

    I wouldn't have even known about this except, obviously my name is at the top of the list everywhere.
