    Is there anyway for the end user to control this?

    I know there there's a "Deliver Message as Email" that the end user can change through the Call Manager or the web client, but there's no option to change the forwarding to another Shoretel extension like the director has.

    We are currently using 8.1, anyone know about this feature on 9.x or 10.x?

    Unless you would like to give a 'limited access' password to Director, as an end user, I don't think you are going to be able to do this. Sounds like something to be added to the 'Wish List' section.
