On the ShoreTel FTP the Configuration files what do the following mean and what should they be set at?
5004Enable 1
DscpAudio 0
KeepAlive 0
MaxJitter 50


Also are there any other cool custom things you can do? I have learned to make my own background on the Phone with new icons and font.
