  • Toggle On-Hours and Off-Hours

    We open on Sundays with minimal crew.
    There is only 1 person on the switchboard. And when that person need to take a break, need to be able to put the phone system to Off-Hours so the incoming calls will go to the other dept.

    How do I accomplish this??

    is it a hunt group, or an individual?

    If it's an individual, have her change her call handling mode

    If she's in a hunt group, change the busy destination to the other department, and show her how to togle 'hunt group busy' from the phone.

      It is a hunt group.

      I do not see a busy destination setting for the hunt group.
      Can you tell me where I can find it?
      I am also not familiar with the 'hunt group busy'.
      How do I set it up and how does she toggle it?

        I think I found it.
        Is that the same as the 'call stack full'??
        And the code should be *18 then hunt group, right??
        I will give it a try tomorrow..... thanks

            Is there a way I can put the *18XXX into a speed dial??
            so the user can just hit the button instead of entering this code?
